CRC is pleased to announce that Jeremy Hoffman, CSO 1 at its Austin, Minn., office, was selected as CRC’s October 2018 Employee of the Month.

Hoffman, who has been with CRC for one year, was recognized in October for his actions on a call with a medical alarm subscriber that said she wanted to hurt herself. Hoffman kept the subscriber on the line until authorities arrived, helping her stay calm. In his efforts, Hoffman demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, communication, and service excellence.

“Jeremy kept a cool demeanor during a very difficult situation,” said Randy Ambrus, central station manager. “As a fairly new employee to the central station, Jeremy went above and beyond by handling an out-of-the-norm call like a pro. We appreciate Jeremy’s quick thinking under extreme pressure.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Hoffman will receive four hours of PTO. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
