CRC is pleased to recognize Adam Hendrikson, CSO at the Austin Center, as its February 2025 Employee of the Month.
Hendrikson, who has been a CRC team member for over five years, was recognized in February for his attention to detail and proactive approach in identifying an issue with one of our video software programs that had not been functioning properly. Thanks to his quick action in notifying his manager, the problem was addressed before it escalated into a larger issue. Hendrikson is known for his strong communication skills, and his ability to quickly identify and communicate the issue embodies the dedication and problem-solving mindset that drives our success at CRC. In his efforts, Hendrikson demonstrated all of CRC’s values: always do the right thing, build a better future, win as one, be the best, and make a difference.
