Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is proud to announce that Randy Ambrus, central station manager at its Austin, Minn., facility, was awarded the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Central Station Manager of the Year on Thursday, June 25, in Baltimore, Md.

CSAA announced the award at the Industry Excellence Awards Breakfast at the Electronic Security Exposition (ESX) show in Baltimore. CRC submitted nominations in all categories, with qualifying criteria including technical knowledge, leadership, job performance and community involvement. In addition to Ambrus’s achievement, CRC’s Tiffany Miller, central station team lead, was named as a finalist for Central Station Operator of the Year.
