January finished up with the big news that Shayla Hastings, lead quality coordinator at the Austin Center, was named CRC's January 2024 Employee of the Month! Hastings, who has worked for CRC for over seven years, was nominated for her work on the Calabrio Cloud project, something she has been spearheading for the past three years.

Hastings has been the driving force behind the all-encompassing project which will have a significant impact on the quality monitoring, member solutions and support, and operational areas. She’s been a helpful resource for her coworkers, consistently going above and beyond to help others succeed. Her willingness to lend a helping hand, share her knowledge, and provide guidance and support has been instrumental in keeping her team on track post-cutover.

“Shayla’s leadership and dedication to the Calabrio project has been nothing short of outstanding,” said Laura Beavers, CRC’s member solutions and support manager. “The results of the project will have a lasting impact on our organization with regard to training and how we as a team can improve on what we do. We appreciate Shayla’s efforts on this important project and congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Hastings will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued at $50.
