CRC is honored to announce that Laura Beavers, member solutions and support manager, was selected as the first-ever recipient of CRC's Leader of the Year award for 2024.

Beavers' selection is a testament to her commitment to excellence and the positive impact she has on our organization. Her leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork have led her department to achieve outstanding results, with four of her team members earning Employee of the Month honors in 2024. 

"With 24 years of experience at CRC, Laura's knowledge and passion for what she does is evident in every interaction she has," said Dan Otteson, vice president, marketing & membership. "This recognition is not just a reflection of her important contributions to CRC, but also a testament to the positive impact she has made to those who work with her. We're thankful to have Laura as a leader at CRC and for the positive influence she has had on her peers, our company, and our membership for more than two decades."

In recognition of her accomplishments, Beavers will receive a week of PTO, a certificate, and a $200 charitable donation in her name to a charity of her choice.
