Marian Newton Named CRC's January 2014 Employee of the Month

Austin, Minn. – CRC is pleased to announce that Marian Newton, central station operator, was selected recently as CRC’s January 2014 Employee of the Month. Newton was nominated for the special designation for her dedication to her role with the company, taking additional steps to guarantee she could make it into the office during blizzard conditions.

“Being a 24/7 business operation, it’s imperative that we remain fully staffed to ensure continued operation for our membership,” said Randy Ambrus, CRC’s central station manager. “During times of stress such as a difficult weather situation, it isn’t always easy to make it to work and we were short staffed. We appreciate the extra efforts Marian took to meet the needs of CRC and its members.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Newton will receive her choice of CRC clothing valued at $50 or four hours of PTO. Newton is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2015.
