Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is happy to announce that Tiffany Miller, team lead in CRC’s central station at its Austin, Minn., facility, was recently selected as its September 2014 Employee of the Month. Miller, who has worked for CRC for over 14 years, was nominated for the honor because of her volunteering to work additional weekends to help out a fellow coworker and for collecting and auditing transmitter devices affected by a recall. In her efforts, Miller reflected CRC’s values of employee-focused, service excellence and teamwork.

“Tiffany’s work on the recent recall involved a very undesirable project which she handled quickly and efficiently,” said Randy Ambrus, CRC’s central station manager. “Tiffany’s leadership and dedication to her role are much appreciated by CRC’s management team and her coworkers.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Miller will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). Miller is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2015.
