CRC is happy to announce that Erin Holtorf, quality coordinator at the Austin Center, was selected as its August 2016 Employee of the Month. Erin received a nomination in August for creating the Agent 360 database.

CRC is pleased to announce that Lacy Hommerding, CSR 4 at the Austin Center, was selected as its July 2016 Employee of the Month. Lacy, who has worked for CRC for over six years, was nominated for her assistance with a unique power outage situation.

Congratulations to Jennifer Knutson, floor lead at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s May 2016 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient.

Congratulations to Kellie Schmidt, CSR 4 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2016 Employee of the Month.

Congratulations to Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s March 2016 Employee of the Month. Tonya received three STAR Award cards in March for the response she drafted for all CSRs to use when taking credit card payments.

CRC is pleased to announce that Burt Kilgore, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, was named its February 2016 Employee of the Month.

Darcy Wytaske, CSO 2 in CRC’s central station in Austin, was named CRC’s January 2016 Employee of the Month. Darcy, who has worked for CRC for 11 years, was nominated in January for her assistance with a suicidal caller, staying professional and keeping the caller calm until authorities arrived.

Drew Andes, quality coordinator/office assistant at the Dunlap Center, had two great reasons to celebrate in January: he was named CRC’s December 2015 Employee of the Month and its 2015 Employee of the Year!
