CRC is pleased to announce that Lisa Ramsey, software engineer at the Austin Center, was named its February 2024 Employee of the Month. Ramsey, who has worked for CRC for two years, was recognized in February for her work setting up a new OMS for one of CRC’s members.

Sumter EMC, based out of Americus, Georgia, became a member of CRC in 2013.  In addition to using call handling and dispatch services, they began using CRC’s billing IVR in 2017.
